$1 · Partner to buy house

Hi. I am in Victoria and looking for a business partner to buy a house with that has a full suite in the 1-1.4 million range. I qualify for and have deposit for up to 750k. I would like to live in the house and take care of it and do any needed renos and have a partner/investor either live in the other suite or we can rent out additonal suite. This could also be a 2-5 year investment that we sell if there is a profit to be made and move to the next venture. We could do all this with a company that we create to keep everything clean and simple. Ultimately I find a partner that wants to do more flips or holdings but I am mostly wanting a house to call home right now. I am qualified to do most home renovations. My motivation is to live in a nice house which I cannot afford on my own. I am in my 50's and have 3 kids 1/2 time. I currently work in and enjoy property management and renovations so it seems a good fit to find someone who can be an outside investor or someone in a similiar position with skills that would compliment that.
