* Reception duties: answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls, receive and direct visitors and clients * General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing; maintain electronic and hard copy filing system * Manage online calendars * Execute and co-ordinate appointments on the phone for senior management * Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails * Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence * Run job ads and screen new potential contractors Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Excellent communication skills - written and verbal * Organized with strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills * Positive demeanour and a self-motivated team player (You are trainable) * Flexible; able to work independently * Microsoft or iWork suite (We prefer Apple) * Not afraid of the phone and you have previous phone experience * Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping Please send your resume and cover letter.
