PART TIME RECEPTIONIST/LISTING COORDINATOR Sotheby's International Realty Canada - Victoria office is currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Listing Coordinator. The ideal candidate enjoys working in customer service and has an interest in real estate combined with, exceptional computer skills and an attitude of maturity and flexibility. The candidate must be available to work addiotional hours during busier times and provide coverage for vacations and sick time when necessary. The candidate will be able to work 9am to 5pm as needed. SKILLS: * Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel with the aptitude to learn other in-house and real estate industry programs. * Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task. * Professional appearance and presentation as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. * Capable of working with different stakeholders and diverse personality types. * Strong 'customer first' attitude with a 'works from yes' orientation * Able to efficiently maintain inventory control, supply ordering, and file management. * Comfortable answering phones and working a multi-line phone system. * Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment but also stay busy during slower times. EXPERIENCE: * Real Estate experience is not required however it is an asset. * Previous reception/administration or customer service experience is desired.
