$16 · Part Time Dietary Aid/ Food Service Worker Downtown Care Facility

We are looking for Food Service Worker/Servers/Dietary Aids to join our team at our long term care home. We have more than part time hours for you to work starting immediately. Many support services workers have started in housekeeping or food service and gone to school to become a Care Worker - RCA, Nurse, or Support Services Supervisor (we can help with your practicum hours). Excellent family friendly hours, casual home-like work environment, close to several bus routes (1,2, 3,10,30,31,50,70,71,72,75), close to many downtown amenities. As a casual working in a unionized environment, you start at $16.46/hour ($14.70 base plus $1.76 in lieu of benefits,vacation, and stat pay.) with an increase after probation. Food server/dietary aid: 1. Grade 10/equivalent 2. "Food Safe" Certificate; Level 1 required 3. WHMIS Certificate an asset. 4.
