Administrative Assistant

Mill Bay business is looking for an experienced, part-time administrative assistant in a health-related field. Work hours: Monday-Thursday 9:30am-4:00pm, Friday 9:30am-1:00pm Responsibilities: * General administrative duties including: filing (electronic and hard-copy), mailing, emailing, scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry. * Schedule appointments * Answer calls and attend to walk-in's * Manage inventory of supplies and equipment * Maintain office cleanliness * Enjoy working with seniors Qualifications: * 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience * Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google Calendar * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to provide outstanding customer service * Strong problem-solving and time-management skills * Attention to detail and strong knowledge of office equipment operation * Marketing experience a plus Please email your resume with cover letter.
