$100 · Parking Spot Downtown Core

Hi, I'm looking to rent a parking spot downtown Victoria within a few blocks of Broughton street; as I will be attending school at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy for 20 months and can't afford Robinsons $300/month spaces. I drive a silver Honda fit, so it's tiny and inconspicuous! Price is slightly flexible; could go up to $150/month. Can pay by monthly or by term (4 months at a time) Many thanks.
