Paperwork/needles

Just realised some paperwork missing from binder after showing to ladies in the archives at Royal Jubilee Hospital last month. Were from my mom's binder of notes from nursing . She was class of 1945. One missing page has a variety of actual different shaped needles from that time period. I've gone back and they were not left at archives to i'm at a loss as to where they are. Just lost mom she was 95 so great sentimental value to me. Perhaps I dropped at hospital ??? They were not in their lost and found. Thanks
