Do you have a calm and confident personality and experience working with dogs? We are a Dog Training and Walking company in Victoria, specializing in creating calm, balanced, and happy dogs. We are seeking a new pack leader to join our team! Competitive wages and awesome benefits! Responsibilities include: - Picking up and dropping off dogs from their homes - Ability to navigate through Victoria in a timely manner - Walking/hiking with a group of dogs, some on-leash, some off-leash -Being respectful to all other trail users -Being accessible by phone or text during work hours The successful candidates will: - Be physically fit and able to hike 2 hours a day, rain or shine - Be mature, responsible, and friendly - Be a team player and able to work alone or with others - Have experience working with dogs - Have basic knowledge of dog obedience, behaviour, psychology, and body language - Be assertive but at the same time gentle with the dogs so they see you as the 'pack leader' - Be able to stay calm and level headed in emergency situations - Have a clean driving and criminal record If you think you have what it takes to be our next pack leader please submit a short cover letter and resume.
