We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team of cold callers. What is Cold Calling? - Cold calling is a very effective form of marketing where one goes door to door with a group as a representative of our Student Works Painting team, and aims to get "leads" for future painting estimates on a house. Why would someone choose us? We offer complimentary estimates, $5 million in liability insurance, WCB for all of our painters, and a 3 year warranty with every paint job. All of this makes it quite easy to "sell" someone on our services and get them to give you their name and telephone number for a lead. How you get Paid: - Our cold callers make an hourly wage of 20$ - Lawn signs are also another way for you to make money; have a homeowner allow you to put up a Student Works Painting lawn sign on their property and you will be paid for it. - If you are motivated, this job is an amazing way to make good money in short periods of time. You will always be with somebody too when you go out to make it more fun! or we can hire a friend of yours! Where: Our areas of operations are: - Colwood/ Langford When: Door to door marketing can be completed at the following times, and work schedule is fully determined by the applicant: Start Date: As soon as possible. End date: End of the Summer. Weekdays: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Mon-Fri) Weekends: 11:00 am - 6:30 pm *Must have reliable transportation. Requirements: - willing to work outside even though weather conditions may be unpractical - comfortable communicating with strangers - customer service experience helps, but not necessary - must be physically able to walk up and down streets, stairs etc. - must have a positive attitude!
