Owner of construction industry business seeks partner for financing

I have started my business from nothing, and horrible credit to start. Now I have average credit and a successful business, but it takes money to make money. I would like to expand and grow like our business plans intended for 2020 but this Covid government relief seems to be non existent for my company.
