$19 · Overnight Person for Independant 55+ Condo (not a care home)

Upscale Seniors Condo near University Heights needs a part time 2 days a week night shift attendant. Midnight to 8am Sunday and Monday w/occasional Tues or Sat if available. This position is quite relaxed, casual dress, low stress job. Must have a First Aid Certificate and get a Police Record Check. This is a work alone, and awake overnight position. Other shifts are available occasionally if wanted. Full time could be possible if you are versatile. Duties include: *Responding to first aid calls with confidence- calling 911 when needed *Some cleaning-washing small floor areas - elevator, entrance and bathroom. Vacuuming lobby & dining room. *Sweep outside the entrance areas *Clean windows in lobby *Acting as Reception for the building *Security Rounds every 2 hours *Delivery of Morning newspapers to suites *Communicate clearly any issues needing attention *Answering all phone calls *Follow our work alone policy *Screen visitors - restrictions in place for Covid *Follow all Covid safety Protocol *Able to evacuate if necessary Qualifications: *Grade 12 *Up to date First Aid with CPR *Experience with older Adults a plus *One year first aid experience preffered *Must speak and understand verbal and written English *Be mature, responsible and reliable Please email your resume to rosebankgardens@shaw.ca HIre date is by March 5th.
