Great front bag. Used for 1 tour. $166 USD new. Description from website: This is a cotton duck canvas randonneur bag made to sit on a small front rack such as the Nitto M-12 or M-18 racks. It works best with a decaleur bracket as shown. (sold separately) The Tanaka decaleur is shown in the photo, but we also have those made by Velo Orange and Gilles Berthoud to fit almost any stem/bar/rack configuration. The Velo Orange Pass Hunter and Randonneur racks with built in decaleur also work well with this bag. We like a front handlebar bag for the convenience of being able to access it while on the bike and because we like the map case. Also helps to distribute more of the load to the front of the bike. Bags attached only to the handlebar sit too high and affect the steering too much for our tastes. A rando bag like this sits lower...directly over the front tire....and doesn't affect the steering as much. Small pockets on the front, rear and sides are convenient for small items you need to be able to get to quickly. The F-106 is slightly larger than the F-104; 27cm wide, 20cm deep and 21cm tall.
