Active and strong sourdough starter made with organic whole wheat and rye flours. It only has to be fed with flour and water to keep it going.
Sourdough bread is delicious and is much easier to digest than regular bread. The starter can be fed with unbleached wheat, rye, or spelt flour. Keep it on your counter and feed it daily if you bake several times a week or it can be kept in the fridge in dormancy if you take a break from making bread.
