A treatment room will be available for rent at Station Wellness Collective (#107-785 Station Avenue, Langford) beginning May 1st, 2019. It is the perfect space for another health/wellness practitioner to join our wonderful group of warm-hearted, caring practitioners who offer care focused on whole-person health. Includes: ~ treatment room (8'8"×14'2") ~ a shared waiting area ~ small staff kitchenette ~ 2 washrooms (one client, one staff) ~ access to a classroom/yoga studio space rental (special usage rates for members of the Collective), perfect for small group classes/workshops ~ ample free road parking ~ street level access (helpful for clients with mobility challenges) ~ wifi included ~ cleaning service for all common areas Rental cost is $700/month + $35 GST & $40 for utilities. A small fee is also split between Collective members for toilet paper/paper towel, cleaning supplies, etc. that are shared by all members (~$80/year).
