Onsite Resident Building Manager We are currently seeking a qualified, Onsite Resident Manager to manage several residential apartment buildings in Langford, BC. Your responsibilities will include: Leasing units, collecting rent, collecting security deposits and communicating with tenants Enforce the provisions of the BC Residential Tenancy Act Manage move-in/move-outs reports for all tenants Work directly with the Senior Property Manager and Head Office Completing work orders and repairs to occupied units Prepare vacate units including patching walls, painting, repairs and installing appliances Performing ongoing building maintenance and daily cleaning of lobby and hallways Must live onsite Other duties as assigned Your qualifications include: · 4 years of previous experience in residential property management· Knowledge of the BC Tenancy Act - RTB Strong communication and organizational skills· Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet) · Strong maintenance skills including, but not limited to: light plumbing, painting, cleaning, general repairs and maintenance.
