Sally Ross, MA, IHC, Registered Health Coach offers health and recovery coaching services one-to-one in person or via online webinar sessions. I am here to support you in creating your most empowered path forward through recovery and healing. In whatever health challenges you may be facing, our work together helps you to access the strength and creativity you need to heal, and your ability to identify what resources will be the most effective to your unique wellness journey grows. I have my own lived experience of recovery from chronic pain and illness, and now my work assists my clients to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
