$675 · One bedroom all inclusive

I have one bedroom opening up in a beautiful four bedroom character house near the Mayfair area for Aug 1st for $675 and another larger bedroon August 15th for $715. Female preferred to share the upstairs and bathroom with the same. In the past, I have rented out the upstairs rooms to short-term international students but am looking for an arrangement that's more reliable as bills I this large character house can be a little daunting. Rent includes onsite laundry, sewer, water, hydro, garbage collection, gas and fiberoptic wifi. The room comes furnished but i can move things around to accommodate if you have your own stuff. We also have tons of storage in the unfinished basement for bicycles etc. This big house has a great kitchen with a gas range and hot water on demand so there are never cold suprises or line ups when running hot water in any of our three bathrooms. There is also a large back deck and decent sized yard perfect for gardening opportunities. We are located just a one minute walk to the #8 bus route servicing both camosun college campuses as well as Hillside and Mayfair shopping districts. The #6 Quadra bus is also a stone's throw away and runs regularly for service downtown or Royal Oak. Im in my thirties, have a dog and daughter, 6, who share the back of the house with me. We don't mind noise and realize a busy house is a happy home. Preference given to longer term stays and people who are accustomed to living in shared living arrangements. Household chores are shared so I hope you're not afraid of a mop bucket! References required so please come with those handy if you are interested.
