One bedroom furnished room for rent in a clean home close to UVic, bus route, grocery stores, movie theater, rec. center. Includes a bed, dresser, nightstand, desk. Linen and towels available if wanted. Our home is comfortable and safe so no parties or overnight guests welcome. We are looking for a mature, quiet, female student due to shared common areas. The rent of $600, includes shared home, including kitchen and laundry facilities (on a weekly basis), WIFI, hydro and water. No smoking permitted. We have a small dog.
