One bedroom, large living room, open kitchen. Very quiet neighbourhood near Uptown and Tillicum. We have a 1 bedroom suite available in our family home at 530 Meredith Crescent. Rent is $1250 and includes utilities. The suite is ground level and recently renovated. The bathroom has tiled floors, and brand new shower, toilet, and vanity. The kitchen and living are is open concept and spacious. The area is quiet and safe. Lots of nice and paths for walking and biking. We are minutes from the Colquitz Creek and Galloping Goose Trail. We are between Uptown and Tillicum Mall on major bus routes. It takes 10 minutes to get downtown by car, 15 by bike or bus. We are also between the two major highways and near McKenzie. Great central location. The price for the suite is $1250. It includes all utilities but not internet or cable. We can be flexible with the lease and would like an initial 6 month or 1 year lease. It is available September 1. There is no laundry on site, but there is a laundry matt about 5 minutes away and is affordable. We are open to having cats but no dogs. We would require an extra pet deposit for tenants with cats. You can have up to 2 parking spots in drive way. We are looking for clean and relatively quiet people. We are open to having students, a couple, or a single person. We value good relationships and hope to find people who are respectful and value positive relationships.
