$1,600 · Older, Professional Couple and Friend Seek Long Term Rental

We are a very quiet, middle-aged couple of professionals, seeking a house, apartment, condo, for long term rental. We live in Victoria, but the house we rent will be sold in the next several months and we need to find a new home for some time around August of 2019. We have a great tenant, to whom we sublet a suite, who is also seeking a place. He teaches ESL and is the best tenant we ever had. We would like a three bedroom to share with him or to find something for him, too! We are open to just about anything. Our main criterion is that it be a quiet, peaceful environment, suitable for older people who do not party or go out. We do not smoke and we do not have pets. We have excellent references. We can do light maintenance and we are great at yardwork and landscaping. Please consider us--we need a home. As a couple, we can pay $1600 per month, maximum, and as three people, we can pay $2400 per month, maximum.
