Office Assistant

Job Summary Graeme's Irrigation is looking to hire an office assistant. The successful candidate will have immaculate written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be able to use independent judgment, report accurate details while working in an environment with frequent interruptions, and to be able to efficiently perform all the duties listed below. The position is for full time hours and compensation is based on experience. This will be discussed in further detail prior to hiring. The position is available for immediate start. Responsibilities: *Politely and promptly answer and refer all incoming telephone calls and emails to the proper channels, providing direct assistance when able. *Assist senior office staff with: billing and receivables, scheduling and emails, liaise with municipal and commercial organisations to facilitate completion of new projects. *Complete a variety of clerical tasks including - Printing, copying, filing. *Provide excellent internal support and communicate clearly with all staff members. *Prepare correspondence and documents, process and maintain electronic records. *Ability to maintain flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. *Ability to effectively manage multiple and concurrent projects and deadlines. *Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
