Full time office administrator/manager needed for a busy public practice accounting office in the Westshore.

Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- MS Office proficiency
- Sage and QB practical experience
- Payroll and bookkeeping abilities
- Basic understanding of personal income tax
- Self motivated

Duties:
- Administer and oversee workflow of a busy accounting office
- Management and tracking to adhere to filing deadlines
- Control internal AR billing and collections
- Front line customer service
- Payroll and bookkeeping for multitude of clients

Salary dependent upon experience. Full benefits package.
