Office Administrator

Great Greens Farm Market is a busy, specialty full service grocery store located at Crossroads Centre, 4485 Trans Canada Highway in Cowichan Bay, at the intersection of Koksilah Road & TCH . The Office Administrator is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Office Administrator will be working in a fast paced environment and must demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be able to follow company directives, be detail oriented and able to prioritize effectively, and have a flexible schedule. In addition the successful candidate will be familiar with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, inventory control, vendor payments, reporting and have some graphic design experience. The Office Administrator will adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and Corporate Policies. Previous experience in the food service industry is not required.
