About The Company
The ICC Group (ICC) is a Canadian based renewable energy company with its head office in Sidney, BC. ICC has developed patented and proprietary technologies able to convert organic waste from food, yard & garden, wood, etc., into compost, heat, and electricity through the use of composting, gasification and heat recovery technologies.
We are looking for a competent Receptionist / Bookkeeper to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. Reporting to the Finance department, the ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Job duties include working closely with the VP of finance to create monthly financial reports, process accounts payable's and expenses, accounts receivables, payroll and bank reconciliations. Our ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker who is reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and has a minimum of 3 years' experience with bookkeeping and has a thorough working knowledge of SAGE (simply accounting).
This is a permanent, full-time position, based in Sidney, BC.
