Offering fenced yard for pooch while you are at work

is this a good fit for you and your dog? I can offer a huge fenced yard for pooch - bring him/her when you head to work, pick up after work What's the catch? In exchange, you keep the grass mowed and of course do your own pooper-scoopering. Before we'd start the deal, I'd also need ask 2 or 3 hours of assistance in fence repair. That's the short version.
