2000 Ford E350 with reliable v10 engine. 19ft long. I converted this from a certified care home van about 4 year ago to our adventure van. It has 4 seat with shoulder belts. The back seats can face forward or backwards or be removed for more room. There is a 12V DC fridge that runs off the house batteries. The house batteries are charged via 200W of solar panels on the roof and/or by the engine alternator. There is also 2000W pure sine wave inverter as part of the house battery system. There is a propane Suburban RV furnace that heats the van up in a minute. There is also an on demand propane hot water system. There is a 30 gal water tank that is plumbed to the back of the van for a outside shower and a bin style sink. The floor, ceiling and walls are insulated. Sleeping setup - depends on the size of humans. The table drops to make a large bed in the back. There are metal rails up front for wood pieces that can make into an upper bunk. We used to sleep both kids up there when they were smaller. Now 1 sleeps up top, my wife and I sleep on the big bed and 1 kid sleeps under the big bed. The table swivels to make it easier to get in and out of the rear seating area. There are quick release rails on the upper sides of the van on the outside. We attach surfboard racks to them. There is a hitch receiver to put a bike rack onto or a step. The van has 307,000km and the van conversion is 4 years old. The hot water tank and water pump are new in the spring because they froze and cracked unfortunately last winter. The van has never left us anywhere and has always started and just worked. These v10s are big, but they are reliable. We usual get around 625-650km on about 100 litres of fuel so not horrible. Why are we selling it? I'm making another conversion based on a mini bus so we can have a bit more room. I love this van and it really saddens me to have it leave our family. So much fun has been had. It would likely self drive you to Tofino all summer. 🙂
