Due to an unexpected change in plans, we'll be renting our 3BR/1BA house (furnished) from January 22 to the end of June, possibly beyond. Location: Situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood, conveniently located between Willows Elementary School and Oak Bay High (5 minute walk to either), easy walking distance to Oak Bay Rec, Estevan and Oak Bay villages, grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, the beach, and bus routes. In the Willlows/Monterey/Oak Bay High school catchment zone. Layout: Hardwood floors throughout. Open plan living/dining/kitchen layout. 2BR and 1BA on main floor, and 1BR downstairs (or lower room can be set up as a TV room/playroom). Nice south-facing deck and huge fully-fenced backyard. Playhouse and trampoline can be negotiated. Off-street parking for 2 cars. There is shared laundry with a very quiet tenant who lives in the basement (in a separate suite). Furnishings: Included in the rental are sofas, side tables, and bookshelves in the living room. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): queen bed, pullout sofa bed, cupboards, shelves, closet, TV and Apple TV. Upstairs beds are all hypoallergenic organic latex mattresses, and all are very comfortable. Furnishings and layout are flexible, and bedding and towels can be negotiated if required.
