Kids Klub is currently looking to fill positions for a Child Care Support Worker for children with Behavioural challenges, at one of our Saanich Area after-school care programs starting September 2019. Great fit for students in the field looking to gain experience. Kids Klub Centre is a VIHA licensed, non-profit, charitable, Christian based society committed to providing quality childcare programs to the families of Victoria. Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager, the Childcare Support Worker is responsible for providing direct quality care to one child with a need greater than we can offer them in the one staff to 12 children ratio. Children requiring extra support in our programs often require extra support in classroom settings and are funded to have a support worker in before and/or after-school care through Queen Alexandra Centre for Children's Health.
