$500 · November 1st sublet needed near UVic

We're looking for someone to move into the fourth bedroom of our cute end unit in Pinewood Estates! Move in date would be November first (with some flexibility). The house is clean and student oriented, as 2/3's of the roommates are currently in school, and the 3rd roommate is a freshly graduated engineer. There is a big and cozy living room with a communal TV and hdmi chord. The house is fully furnished (including a double bed and box spring in the open bedroom), however there is a fairly empty storage room that is fair game! The house is a short walk to Uvic, and an even shorter walk to the 27/28 bus stops, as well as the 26/16 ones. Rent is just under 500$ per month + wifi and utilities
