We have a very nice small room for rent in the sooke town center 2 minute walk to town center 2 blocks from Mc Donald's and shopping mall and bus stop is very close by, shared kitchen , living room areas washer dryer BBQ balcony front and back yards fire pit ... room has ,high speed wifi and telus Pvr with 300 channels a Big screen led tv ,mini fridge microwave kettle toaster oven dresser bed with a new mattress and everything needed is included with the room...there is nice bbq you can use large yard large balcony ,fire pit, 2 shared kitchens and shared bathrooms one up one down 2 shared washer dryers dish washer the room is very nice with carpet and it is furnished .. rent is 600 and includes power and heat high speed wifi .pvr with 300 channels .we are looking for a mature working adult or retired \semi retired person no parties no heavy drinking permitted.. this room is for one person only and we prefer a long term ,this is a safe quiet very clean well kept home and my wife takes great care of us and keeps the house very clean and beautiful we do have a 5 year old ....there is a beautiful front yard with many flowers and a fountain seats for relaxing a large back yard for fires and apple tree..if you like gardening we have a lot of that here..please stat your age, occupation ,status , and a little about your self thank you contact me james at 250-885-8513 you can text me if you like available July 1 ..or sooner
