We are looking for a Well Rounded Mason, equally competent in stone, tile and block, looking for full-time commitment, supported by a small but high performing crew. This may be you... Description of Duties 1. Responsible for leading the production of projects on budget and on schedule *Organizing tools and materials to complete jobs efficiently *Accountable to the Sr Mason, Project Manager 2. Responsible to maintain a 9/10 quality score by following Work Orders to complete the project as described *Oversee all activities on site, including crew members and subtrades *Communicate with everyone in a professional and polite manner 3. Responsible to adhere to all Administrative Policies *Maintain and update accurate data in payroll time clock software *Accurately follow all purchasing procedures Skills & Requirements, You: *Have a valid BC Driver's License *Able to stay focused and motivated to finish tasks immediately, leaving a polished and professional final product *Believe in telling the truth, while doing the right thing *Are friendly, generous and considerate of others *Are able to give direction and lead by example to meet project milestones *Physically able to do strenuous physical labour for up to 8 hrs *Have at least 5 years masonry experience *Ticketed Journeyman preferred Compensation: A great place to work with great pay in a competitive market. $30 - $35 /hr (DOE) Follow this link to join our pod: https://orcamasonry.com/join-our-pod/
