Seeking a family to join our part-time nanny share. Do you need loving care for your child starting February 2020 in a fun, respectful and nature-rich environment?   We have space for a toddler W, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.   Our experienced nanny (who is like family!) will care for two children in my Cadboro Bay home near beaches and parks. We practice peaceful and respectful parenting/care-giving (a.k.a. RIE and Neufeld's developmental approach) and prioritize time outdoors. We love imaginative play, music and crafting, too.
