Nanny or Au Pair

We are looking for a nanny or an au pair to watch our 2 children starting in January. Ideally live in due to early mornings (5:30am-5pm). For the month of January we require child care for 2-3 days per week. February 3-4 days per week. Schedule is rotating as I work shift work. Our daughter is 4 and our son is 8. We live at the base of Westhills in Westshore, 5 minutes from a bus stop and 5 minutes from the YMCA. References?
