For sale is a freshly cleaned and tested Nakamichi CR-1A cassette deck. This is a nice entry-level unit for those interested in vintage cassette gear and has some of the qualities of far more expensive decks but at a more reasonable price bracket. This deck is in excellent mechanical condition and has been cleaned and tested for correct operation. There is no visible head wear and the unit plays and records flawlessly. The deck supports Dolby B and C noise reduction, has an MPX filter, and supports types I, II, and IV tape (EX, SX, and ZX respectively), and has the expected equalization control for 120µs/70µs. There are cosmetic imperfections and light damage on the lid but overall it is really not bad. Interested buyers are welcome to see it in action here at my shop!
