Works with magnetized ball which follows hidden arm around. No minute/second markers. Front is marked "MOMA" and "Timesphere Design Gideon Dagan". Back is marked "The Museum of Modern Art, Designed by Gideon Dagan, Made in USA". Battery-operated (one AA battery) quartz movement "Takane, Made in USA". Diameter: 9 3/8 inches (28.8 cm). Small marks on face (see photo 8) and imperfection (see photo 6). I am missing 2 out of 6 small screws that hold the back on but it does not seem to make a difference.
