More Than Just A Counsellor, A Friend Who Listens.

We all need someone to talk to. Someone who is attentive, nurturing, and understanding. Someone who cares about us in a deep, meaningful way. There are times in our lives where we struggle and suffer. Some incredibly deeply. Real life hits very hard. I am no stranger to this. I have suffered many times in my life. I have felt pain, loss, anxiety, despair. The thing that has helped me most was a compassionate person, who was there to listen and make me feel like I wasn't alone. I'm here to offer that to you. I have true, life experience. The ability to relate to people on a deep, compassionate level. The mind and soul are so very precious, and deserve to be treated with care. I don't believe that counselling services should be expensive. I don't believe that people should be priced out of finding help for their mental health.
