$1,900 · Mombasa Roof Top Tent, annex and ladder extension. $1900 OBO

I have a Mombasa 3-person Roof Top Tent, Annex, ladder extension for sale and it also comes with an extra foam mattress. I've owned it for approximately 5 years and used it around 12 times in total. It's hard to part with but I've decided to up-grade to a full-size camper. The annex is great as a change room and for extra gear storage, the ladder extension was used when the tent was on-top of my Jeep. The outside tent storage cover is a little sun bleached and the 3 securing straps are faded slightly. There were 2 small holes that I double patched from where the bottom edge of the ladder rubbed through the annex floor. Other than that, the tent, annex and the ladder extension are in great shape.
