$1,800 · Mom of 2 is headed west to beauty!

Hi there. I am a mature mom of 2 school ages kids. We are planning to start our new life in beautiful Victoria this summer. This is a great opportunity for us as a family. I am relocating with a great company. We have a small(under 50lb) mixed breed dog about 1 yr old. She is not a barker, has been to obedience training and I am a very passionate about a well mannered furry family member. I also have an older cat. Pets are vaccinated, fixed and I have great references to attest to my history. I am too busy and old to party and i dont smoke anything. I understand that Victoria can be a higher cost for some things and for that I am not looking for a big home. We dont need a yard with beautiful scenery and I dont need a large room. If you or anyone you know has a place for a great family that cares for their home and is looking for a fantastic new beginning please let me know. Willing to consider anything within about a 35km drive to Victoria. Since we are just starting out, I need to stay under 1800.
