Hi I have been working with my Mother in a nursing home and developed an idea for helping her feel comfortable in her new home. The Memory Book is designed to help the care aid understand and get to know the patient as well it is a great tool for visiting and useful for distraction. It is a simple binder with labels on each page either names places or descriptions sealed in plastic and enlarged for easy viewing.. it varies with each person. All you need to provide are the pictures and a binder. I have plastic sleeves . label maker and a scanner/printer to bring the pictures to full pages. $1.00 per page minimum 40 pages.
