Medical Office Assistant

Collegial four family doctor, three MOA office requires a friendly and enthusiastic full time MOA to replace a retiring staff member. Bright sunny location at University Heights Plaza in the Shelboune and Mackenzie area of Victoria. Looking for an MOA with a minimum of 3 years experience and confidence in using MedAccess EMR system. We are looking for someone comfortable with all aspects of MOA work including booking appointments, referrals, phone, billing and autoclaving, as well as direct patients interaction. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a warm and caring manner, work well in a team, have good organizational abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills.
