I am subletting my room for the spring/summer! There is also potential opportunity to extend! The room is technically available for April 15 so if you need to move in early we can negotiate that as well. Ideally looking for someone who wants to rent for the whole summer. The room is furnished and has a bed, nightstand, and dresser, along with a decent sized closet. The rest of the house is completely furnished as well - all you need is your stuff :) The location is superb! It is steps away from Camosun Lansdowne campus and a short walk to hillside mall which has several amenities including a grocery store, a liquor store, a shoppers drug mart, and more. It is also quite close to Uvic - about a 10 minute bike ride, and is close to several bus routes including the 14, 4, 15, 7, 8, and 9. There are laundry machines in the suite and street parking available. The landlords live on site and are very nice people! Utilities are included in the rent price. The only thing extra is wifi which is an extra $20 per month. One of my roommates is likely subletting this summer as well, but the other is currently planning on staying for the summer, he goes to Uvic and is getting a Bachelor of Education. He is fairly quiet and mostly keeps to himself but is polite and considerate.
