Master bedroom available in a 2 bedroom suite in Gordon Head area available Dec 1st. Very central location close to University, beaches, Mount Doug, and grocery store. Common area is furnished with a futon and kitchen table. Kitchen comes with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster. Master bedroom is unfurnished but has plenty of space with walk in closet. Two hallway closets for storage, and lots of cupboard space for food. You'll also have free reign of my BBQ if you want to use that! I'm a 30 y.o. working professional working full time in contracting and volunteering for the Mental Health society of Victoria, and I am planning to return to school in January, so ideally looking for a mature individual 25+ in a similar circumstance. I can mind to myself but don't mind socializing a bit over the odd beer. 420 friendly as long as its not all the time. As for pets small dogs might be a bit much but if you have a quiet dog or cat I can talk to the landlord and shouldnt be a problem. Any other questions, just ask!
