Marina Guest Services Lead

Brentwood Bay Resort is a luxury boutique property that is unlike any other hotel or resort in the Greater Victoria area. This Position oversees the daily marina operations in the summer and supports the front desk in the winter to ensure the level of guest service is consistent in quality and meets resort standards while openly and efficiently communicating with department leaders and colleagues to enrich guest's overall experience. The individual in this role has a way of making sense of a situation when things don't go as planned, ensuring all guests concerns are resolved through collaborative and mindful problem solving. They are proactive in identifying guest's needs and always have a plan to ensure a seamless experience for guests and colleagues alike. The right candidate knows to 'expect the unexpected' in this role and has a wealth of knowledge and skills to face whatever challenges come their way with grace and confidence. *Please note that this position is split between the Marina (April through October) and the Front Desk (November through March) to create year-round employment.
