Hi there! I am looking to rent out a room in my 2 bedroom suite for March 1st. The rent is $800.00, everything included. The place is new and a fully contained unit above ground. This unique 2 level suite is on one side of the house, with an good sized bedroom for rent and this room has a large closet. The place is comfy and cozy, with a huge couch in the living room, washer and dryer and shared full bathroom. The common areas are furnished, and if you need a bed there is a King size currently in the room, or the room can be unfurnished, I can accommodate. The house is right beside beautiful Mt Doug, 20 steps to endless hiking trails, and 5 min walk to the beach. There is no smoking on the property. A little bit about me.... I am 30 year old female and I work at the hospital, a lot! I am very active and like to hike and camp as well as going to the gym and pool, I also like to relax on the couch. I drink with my friends once or twice a month, and have friends over for movies or dinner, other than that I'm pretty chill and friendly. I'm looking for the right roommate, so please, tell me about yourself!
