The spices on the back porch are yours to enjoy. The garden is a shared project. So if you like to garden you are welcome to join the community. The house is walking distance to town, beach, and easy bus route to University and Camosun. An easy walk to parks and playgrounds for children and walking the dog. An easy stroll down to the neighbourhood pub, wine bar, or local coffee shops or easy restaurant pick up. Two-bedroom with two queens size beds. If you need an office one of the beds can be moved. With charming features, such as a gas fireplace in the living room, a large closet in the bedroom, study area, and dining area or bedroom or TV room. Great for a family and strictly non-smoking.
