It's an exciting day at Talentcor Victoria as we search for a permanent full time Manager of Inventory and Logistics for one of the oldest companies in Victoria. You will have a proven track record in time management, problem solving, decision making & judgement along with experience in a retail setting. Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities Inventory Management Ensure processes are in place for inventory to be received/transferred/sold Lead annual inventory counts Cycle count inventory as needed Fix specific SKU issues as identified Be aware of & provide visibility to inventory that appears to be slow moving or in excess Logistics Ensure proper procedures are being followed for incoming shipments Ensure all outgoing shipments, transfers & deliveries are being handled correctly & are properly documented Work with appropriate team to follow up after deliveries Provide assistance with handling of stock/fixtures for merchandising purposes Process and Documentation Creation/Maintenance Work with IT to create, document & implement processes related to uses of the inventory management/POS system Review & edit processes as needed Reporting Compile & circulate monthly reports Provide assistance with pulling ad-hoc reports Identify & resolve any gaps in current reports being produced Additional Accountabilities and Responsibilities * Ensure areas outside of the retail store are maintained for cleanliness & general upkeep * Perform store opening & closing duties as scheduled * Provide outstanding customer service as needed To Apply Please submit your resume to Rose Arsenault at rarsenault@talentcor.ca
