I work with the family to provide safe in home care for their loved ones a care plan with on-going assessments focusing on safety concerns and issues regarding falls . I am experienced with sling lifts and bathing chairs outside lifts wheelchairs and walkers , I focus on what a client can do in their daily activities and working with families on Sundowning Syndrome , Communication, Cognitive Exercises, and Music Memories.
