Starting wage is TBD based on experience level. * Primary duties include: o general parking lot maintenance, removing garbage; o installation of signage and parking equipment with power tools; o work effectively with team members to accomplish tasks; o ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs: o capable to operate safely a variety of power tools; o general meter maintenance, cash pickups; o work outside in all weather conditions; o work weekends as required based on current employee rotation; o coordinating snow removal and salting; o operate company vehicles in a courteous and safe manner * Secondary duties include: o Must have experience working in a maintenance-related field o Must have supervisor or managerial experience o Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and via email o Must be detailed-oriented o Must be able to operate in a high tempo working environment o Must have the ability to adapt to change o Must be able to efficiently coordinate jobs and staff members o Must be highly organized o Must possess ambition and motivation to get the job done o Must be able to successfully coordinate multiple jobs at once o Must be able to meet strict deadlines * Due to the physical demands of the position, applicants must be physically fit * Working hours are full-time Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm, with a weekend shifts based on current employee rotation * A clean driver's abstract must be provided with your resume * A criminal record check is required
