$20 · MOA for Specialist Office

Seeking a second MOA to work alongside our current MOA/Office manager in a unique office that is both an infectious disease specialist's practice as well as a travel and immunization clinic. This is an interesting position that involves varied duties. Hours are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9am-4:45pm with no evenings, weekends, or stat holidays. Starting wage is $20/hr with escalation thereafter and benefits after 1 year. We are looking for a MOA who has strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and telephone skills. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to multitask is important. MOA certificate and/or experience is a must.
