You have heard legends of those fortunate people with such an item in their house, NOW YOU CAN JOIN THOSE PEOPLE. Up for sale here, is an EXCELLENT condition sofa. Purchased brand new from Dodd's Furniture here in town about 4 years ago, this sofa is hand-built in Canada by Elite in Delta BC. The style is "Hilton" and the fabric is "Benett Charcoal". The legs are a deep dark walnut colour wood. This comes from a non-smoking household, is without stains, funky smells, and has been VERY lightly used. We have just upgraded to a sectional, so this has to go! This measures 79" wide, 35" deep and about 36" tall.
